The Dirty Linen Bin appeared in public as part of Re:kindle’s annual weekend exhibition in Queens Wood. Passers-by took the opportunity to cleanse their souls of their vices using the Laundry checklist, and then either air them on the washing line for all to see, or bury them in the laundry bin where they might be forgotten. At the end of the weekend, the makeshift laundry lines were heavy with the burden of disconcerting truths and shameful secrets.
